Drawing from years of customer service experience in law enforcement and education, plus 30 years of combined experience selling real estate Alex and Wendy have built a reputation for friendly customer care and attention to detail.

Both Alex and Wendy are native to El Dorado and Sacramento Counties. They have extensive knowledge of the distinct towns and diverse neighborhoods in these counties to help buyers find the best fit and help sellers obtain the most value for their home.

THE CROWN VALLEY STORY
Crown Valley is a very special subdivision in El Dorado Hills. It was created in the early 2000's among rolling hills covered with oak trees, many of which were preserved.
Conveniently located between El Dorado Hills Blvd. and Green Valley Road it is close to Folsom Lake, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and has easy access to Hwy 50.
Although most of the homes are US Homes, a division of Lennar, there are custom homes scattered throughout the neighborhood giving Crown Valley a very custom feel. Homes range in size from 2800 square feet to almost 5000 square feet, all on at least 1 acre. Large lots give homeowners privacy and space. Highly ranked Lakeview Elementary School is within walking distance of most of the homes in Crown Valley. It is one of the rare newer communities that does not have HOA dues or Mello Roos taxes.
